Bill Tambussi's passion for brewing lead him to leave his professional career to live out his dream of entering the distilling industry. He traveled from the United States to Scotland to attend Henriot Watt University, where he earned a Master’s Degree. This prestigious university offers one of the most well respected distilling programs in the world. After perfecting his skills at a well known Philadelphia distillery, Bill is now looking to make his mark as Asbury Park Distilling’s master distiller.

John Peet comes to Asbury Park by way of Nashville, TN. While in Tennessee, John worked at some of the city's best bars and won the Nashville Bartender's Bash in 2015 and 2016. Here at Asbury Park Distilling Company, John has sought to create a menu and environment in the tasting room that is spirit forward, unique and seasonal. The tasting room strives to use local products and flavors to highlight the distinct character of Asbury Park.
